Asia Pacific Economic Conference (Apec) 2015 was held in Manila, Philippines last November 18-19, 2015.

"Building inclusive economy, building exclusive world," is the Apec theme.

Apec was established in 1989 with 21 countries member. This is the most influential and biggest economic forum in the world.

Almost all delegates that are member of the Apec arrived in the country. This cause heavy traffic in major roads in Manila specially Edsa and to the roads near the place where the conference will be held. VIP lanes of all major roads are for delegates only. Edsa up to Slex is like a big parking lot.
